Additional types of loss insurance
LIA - Liability Insurance Automobile
is a mandatory civil liability and is included in all rates covered by SOA. SOA covers any injury or death to people (pedestrians or vehicle occupants) resulting from an accident, regardless of whether there is subjective liability on the part of the driver.
SLI - Adicional Liability Insurance
is an additional civil liability, the said insurance is not mandatory, it is an auto liability insurance policy that provides coverage for civil liability. The "Renter" assumes responsibility for paying the excess, which will be determined in advance by the "Lessor".
CDW - Collission Damage Waiver
is an additional civil liability, the said insurance is not mandatory, it is an auto liability insurance policy that provides coverage for civil liability. The "Renter" assumes responsibility for paying the excess, which will be determined in advance by the "Lessor".
TDW - Threft Damage Waiver
This is insurance in which the “Renter” waives responsibility for the complete theft of the car. In this case, the “Tenant” will be exempt from paying the total amount of theft by paying a deductible, which will be pre-established by the “Lessor”.
LDW- Lost Damage Waiver
CDW+TDW), in the event that the "Renter" agrees to assume liability coverage for loss or damage, his liability for damage and/or loss caused to the vehicle during the rental period will be limited to payment of the excess in accordance with the amount that will be installed by the Lessor. The stated coverage is not insurance but rather an exemption against loss or damage to the vehicle and the said exemption is only provided if the customer pays the deductible as specified by the “Lessor”.Likewise, reliable protection does not apply to damage to vehicle glass, rims or tires.
PDW- Partial protection against damage and total theft of a rental car
is a partial deductible coverage, which means that it partially relieves the "Renter" in the event of damage, collision or theft of the "Lessor's" vehicle, in which case the "Renter" accepts responsibility for paying the deductible that will be pre-established by the "Lessor"
TLDW- Complete burglary protection and complete vehicle protection
is an additional insurance to LDW that exempts the “Renter” from paying a deductible, that is, relieves the “Renter” from the responsibility to cover the deductible set for material damage, theft caused to the vehicle during the rental. This coverage does not apply to all categories of vehicles.
